| View in browser Zenitel Security Notice Technical Bulletin 23.10.2026     Dear Zenitel Onshore Partners,    On 21 October 2026 the PHP project disclosed two critical vulnerabilities in the PHP runtime that may allow an unauthenticated network attacker to execute code on a system that serves PHP web requests. ICX-AlphaCom, ICX-AlphaCom Core, AlphaCom XE and Exigo System Controllers use PHP in their web-based management interface and are affected. Zenitel is not aware of any exploitation of these vulnerabilities in Zenitel products.   The security of our customers’ systems is a priority for Zenitel. We are treating these vulnerabilities as an urgent matter and ask for your support in ensuring that affected customers take prompt action.    Zenitel is preparing an security update for ICX-AlphaCom and Exigo System Controllers. In the meantime, Zenitel defined mitigating action for AlphaCom XE and Exigo ESC1 including AMC-IP. Users of all affected products should apply the risk mitigations without delay. ICX-AlphaCom Core runs on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and uses the PHP packages provided by Ubuntu. Canonical has released fixed packages, and Zenitel urges users to apply the Ubuntu security update immediately.      Please read the technical bulletin linked here and take the immediate actions required for your affected systems.
